UPS Corporate Responsibility
The site needed a new look to go with their new Committed to More sustainability platform, as well as a new fun way for employees, customers, and influencers to engage with it: The Sustainability Personality Quiz.

I put on my content strategy hat and started with a content audit of their old site that was made up of more than 100 pages. Then I conducted stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative data on the messaging priorities and worked with a UX designer to build a new site structure with much improved content organization. All of which made it easier to tell UPS’s compelling sustainability story.

The Results
Two weeks post-launch:

  • Four-minute average time spent on site

  • 66% participation in sustainability quiz

  • 25% increase in social sharing

It also won silver at the Austin ADDY Awards.
